Tailoring solutions for Telia’s B2B customers

Helping companies do what they do best

Telia is a huge Swedish telco with a long history as well as a wide portfolio of products and services. We wanted to enable smaller b2b customers to easier find and tailor the Telia communications solution to better fit their needs with just a few clicks.

With a tight knit multidiciplinary team where I was responsible for the UX we took an explorative approach consisting of initial user reasearch, design workshops combined with iterative cycles of testing prototypes with users.

The end result consisted of a flexible tool that enabled the smaller business customers to get suggestions based on their needs, assemble their perfect solution as well as order it right away. The tool was well recieved among users as well as Telia’s own sales teams and still exists today in a slightly different form on their B2B site.
