The trusted childcare matchmaker
For myTamarin I’ve been responsible for UX-design as well as UI design during the development of the London startup’s new platform.
After participating in the Techstars programme it was time to create a sleek new platform where parents will get connected to childcare specialists based on both parties need’s. Powered by tech as well much as psycologhy, the myTamarin team provided me with extensive input, knowledge and feedback from their users when kicking off this project.
To clarify the steps in the users process of finding a job (childcare specialist) or help (parents) I adopted a very task focused design with a step by step signup, clearly guiding the user to set up their account based on their needs. Then I made it easy for them to keep track of their job ads or applications through the very core of the platform, the “job board”. On the job board the user can drag and drop jobs or applicants in columns to review and keep track and eventually connect with each other.
