Creating an efficient internal experience
What we did..
Zimpler is a Stockholm based fintech that grew rapidly during my time there. Scaling up operations involving large number of transactions requires excellent tracking and SOF & KYC routines, hence the need to buy or create efficient systems for internal and external control. Together with the Zimpler UX team I was working on creating these systems, working iteratively with the users to tailor everything accoring to their needs to create an effective, and compliant, everyday routine for them.
