With experience of working both larger and smaller companies and teams, start ups as well as scaleups I’ve gained more than 8 years of experience in solving complex user problems and delivered a better experience for my users as well as solid and quick value to my employer or client.

I’m used to solving problems from the beginning to the end and back. I’ll take ownership from the initial reasearch and throughout the whole design process ensuring quality and value.
Cross functional & agile
I’m used to working with other talented peers in highly collaborative and agile environments, this is how we thrive according to me! Wether it be devs, testers, Customer Excellence or the sales department. Everyone contibutes value in my UX book!
PROTOTYPE & TEST
Do it well and do it often! Working in an iterative way is key.
PRIORITIZATION
There might be a lot to do and so little time.. I’m used to working high and low, being able to prioritize what to do now, maybe later or not at all.
DESIGN SYSTEM
A functioning Design System is the foundation of a well performing team. I’ve helped design these as well as implemented and maintained them in several projects.
UX CULTURE
Working in several UX-teams; smaller, larger, new, established ones – I’ve learned the value to build a solid feedback and collaborative culture together. We’re a team – after all!
